How long until I notice a difference?

Most women describe the first noticeable shifts in mood and energy within 2–4 weeks of consistent daily use. More structural changes — sleep depth, skin, hair — tend to settle into a steady pattern between weeks 8 and 12. Everyone’s timeline is a little different. Consistency matters more than dose.

Can I take this if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive, please consult your healthcare professional before starting any food supplement. We recommend the same when starting any new product alongside prescription medication.

How is this different from a regular multivitamin?

Our formulas are designed around women’s specific needs at different life stages. Where a generic multi gives you the basics in low doses, our products focus on bioavailable forms (methylated B-vitamins, magnesium glycinate, vitamin D3) at amounts that match what the research supports for women’s health. And every claim is held to the EU’s authorised health claim register.*

What does your 60-day promise cover?

Try any product for up to 60 days. If you don’t feel a difference, write to us at sales@feelawsm.com and we’ll refund your order — even if the bottle is empty. No questions, no return shipping required.

Are your products vegan and gluten-free?

Most of our daily formulas are vegan and all are gluten-free. The exception is our marine collagen, which is sourced from sustainably caught fish. Allergen and dietary information is listed on every product page in the “Suitable for” section.

Where can I find a full ingredient list?

Every product page has a complete ingredients table including dosages, EU NRV percentages where applicable, and the source/form of each active. Look for the “Ingredients” tab or scroll to the ingredients section.

How do I know which product is right for me?

Our 60-second routine finder walks you through six questions and suggests a starting routine. You can also browse by goal on the shop page.

Can I take more than one product at a time?

Yes — our products are designed to be combined. Many women take a foundational daily formula plus one or two add-ons (e.g. sleep, collagen). The bundle builder shows compatible pairings and applies tier discounts automatically.

What if I have allergies or sensitivities?

All major allergens are clearly listed on every product page and on the packaging. Our facility is regularly audited and our formulas are tested for contaminants. If you have a specific concern, we can share the certificate of analysis — just email us.

Where are your products made?

Made in the European Union in GMP-certified facilities, with most ingredients sourced from European suppliers. We list the origin of key actives (e.g. magnesium, collagen) on each product page.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery within Germany: 2–3 business days. Rest of EU: 3–5 business days. UK and Switzerland: 4–7 business days. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?

Free over €54 within the EU. Below that, shipping is €4.90 in Germany and €6.90 to other EU countries. UK and Switzerland: from €9.90, calculated at checkout.

Can I return a product?

Yes — you have the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law for any unopened product. Beyond that, our 60-day satisfaction promise covers opened products: write to us and we’ll refund the order.

My package hasn't arrived. What do I do?

First, check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If it shows “delivered” but you don’t have it, please check with neighbours and your local pickup point. If after 24 hours it’s still missing, contact us with your order number and we’ll resolve it the same day.

How does the subscription work?

You choose a delivery frequency (most people pick monthly). Your card is charged on the same day each month, and your order ships automatically. You save 15% on every recurring order. No commitment — cancel anytime.

Can I skip a delivery or change the frequency?

Yes — from your account, you can skip the next delivery, change the frequency (every 4 / 6 / 8 weeks), pause for up to 3 months, or change products. Make any changes at least 48 hours before your next ship date.

How do I cancel?

From your account, click “Manage subscription” → “Cancel.” It takes about 30 seconds. We don’t put cancellation behind a phone call or an email chain.

What if I forget I have a subscription?

You’ll get a reminder email 5 days before each shipment. You can edit, skip, or cancel from there in one click.

What payment methods do you accept?

Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, and Klarna Pay Now. All payments are processed via secure SSL.

Where's my order confirmation?

It’s sent within 5 minutes. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder. If it’s still missing, contact us with the email you used and we’ll resend it.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us within 1 hour and we’ll edit or cancel it. Once it’s shipped, we can arrange a return or exchange.

Do you offer student or healthcare discounts?

Yes — we offer 15% off for students, healthcare professionals, and educators verified through a trusted third-party service. Look for the “Verified discounts” option at checkout.

Do I need an account to order?

No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account makes reorders, subscription management, and order tracking faster.

How do you handle my data?

We comply with the EU GDPR and store the minimum data needed to fulfil your orders and (if you opt in) send you helpful emails. You can request a data export or deletion anytime. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

I forgot my password.

From the login page, click “Forgot password.” You’ll get a reset link within 2 minutes. If it doesn’t arrive, check spam — or write to us.
