Terms of service

1. Scope and parties

These terms apply to every purchase you make on feelawsm.com. They form a binding contract between you (the “customer” or “you”) and:

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these terms.

2. How a purchase contract is formed

Product pages, prices, and descriptions on feelawsm.com are an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. The contract is formed when:

1. You place an order via the checkout (the “offer”).
2. We send you an order confirmation email accepting the order.

If we cannot accept your order — for example because a product is out of stock, the price was displayed incorrectly, or payment verification fails — we will inform you by email and refund any amount already paid. Until our confirmation reaches you, no contract exists.

3. Prices and payment

All prices on feelawsm.com are shown in euro (EUR), including the Slovenian VAT rate of 22% where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Free shipping is currently available on orders over €54 within the EU.

We accept the following payment methods, all of which are processed by external providers:

• Shopify Payments (credit and debit cards)
• Stripe (credit and debit cards)
• PayPal
• Shop Pay

The amount is charged when your order is confirmed. Where local consumer-credit law applies (for example with installment payments), the relevant provider’s terms govern the financing.

4. Delivery

We ship to the European Economic Area. Standard delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier and are stated at checkout. We use established EU carriers; the carrier responsible for delivery receives only the recipient details necessary to fulfil the order.

The risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you when the goods are physically handed over to you or to a person designated by you, in accordance with Article 53 of the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot). If you have selected and instructed your own carrier, risk passes at the moment the goods are handed to that carrier.

If delivery is delayed by more than 30 days for reasons within our control, you may cancel the contract under Article 25 of ZVPot.

5. Subscriptions and recurring deliveries

Some products are available as subscriptions (“Subscribe & save”) at a 15% discount on each scheduled order. Subscription billing and shipping happens automatically at the cadence you select (monthly, bi-monthly, every three months).

You may pause, skip, change the cadence, or cancel a subscription at any time from your customer account or by emailing sales@feelawsm.com. Changes apply to the next scheduled order; orders already in fulfilment cannot be modified. Cancellation is effective immediately upon our receipt of your request — no commitment period applies.

6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer (a natural person acting outside any trade, business, craft, or profession), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Article 43 of the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) and Article 9 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the last item of the order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send an unambiguous declaration of your decision to withdraw before the period expires. You may use our customer service email sales@feelawsm.com with the subject line “Withdrawal”, or use the standard EU model withdrawal form (Annex I of the EU Consumer Rights Directive).

Effects of withdrawal: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (but not any extra cost for a non-standard delivery method you chose), without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of receiving notice of withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return, whichever is earlier. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (Article 43č ZVPot): the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene. Opened individual food-supplement bottles, sachets, or pouches fall under this exception; sealed, unopened items can still be returned.

7. 60-day money-back promise

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 60-day money-back promise. If you are not satisfied with your first purchase of a product, write to sales@feelawsm.com within 60 days of delivery and we will refund the product price (excluding shipping). This applies to first-time purchases of a product line, even if the bottle is opened. It is a goodwill policy and does not affect your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

8. Warranty and conformity

We are liable to you for any lack of conformity which exists at the time of delivery and which becomes apparent within two years, in accordance with Articles 37–42 of the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) and the EU Sale of Goods Directive (2019/771/EU).

If a product does not match the description, is damaged on arrival, or is defective, contact sales@feelawsm.com within a reasonable time after you discover the defect. We will repair, replace, or refund the product at no cost to you, in line with the statutory remedies hierarchy.

9. Use of food supplements

Our products are food supplements. They are not medicines and they are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose stated on each product. Keep out of reach of children under three years.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult your doctor before use. Statements made about ingredients reference published EFSA-authorised health claims; they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary.

10. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, photographs, illustrations, video, audio, text, and source code on feelawsm.com are owned by Feel Awsm, trgovina na drobno d.o.o. or licensed for our use. You may view, download, and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use — including reproduction, redistribution, modification, or use of our trademarks — requires our prior written consent.

11. Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR and the Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2). For full details on the data we collect, why we collect it, your rights, and how to contact us, see our Privacy policy.

12. Complaints and dispute resolution

If something is wrong with your order or our service, please first contact us at sales@feelawsm.com — most issues are resolved within two business hours.

If we cannot reach an agreement, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. In accordance with Article 32 of the Slovenian Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (ZIsRPS), we inform you that we do not currently recognise any specific out-of-court dispute resolution body as competent. Consumers may, however, still bring disputes before the EU ODR platform or before a competent court.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms and any contract concluded under them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your habitual residence within the EU continue to apply to you in addition to Slovenian law, in accordance with Article 6 of the Rome I Regulation ((EC) No 593/2008).

Disputes arising from or in connection with these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia. For consumers, the protective jurisdiction rules of the Brussels Ia Regulation ((EU) No 1215/2012) apply — you may also bring a claim in the courts of the EU Member State of your domicile.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid provision that most closely matches the original commercial intent.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our service, applicable law, or business practices. The current version — with its “Last updated” date — always governs. Material changes will be communicated by a prominent notice on the website and, where you have an active customer account, by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect, giving you the opportunity to object or terminate.
